Chao Ech Singapore is headed by Ah San and is the first restaurant in Vietnam that offers authentic Singapore frog porridge. He started operation at Tan Da Street, District 5 in June 2008 under the name Chao Ech Singapore Frog Porridge.



As times goes by more dishes were added and a restaurant was set up in Citi Plaza, 230 Nguyen Trai, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City to serve customers with our selections of authentic Singapore’s food.



The new menu proved to be a hit with the locals and expats residing in the city. With dishes like bbq sambal sting ray & sotong & prawn, mee goreng, chilli & black pepper crabs and many more to complement our signature frog porridge, the restaurant was soon filled with capacity crowd nightly.
