Expatriate Forums in Vietnam

In Australia I'm able to use claritin or codral both of which contain psuedoephedrine and that sorts my sinus problems out. Upon arriving in HCMC I was told by a friend here that psuedoephedrine is banned - if this is true what do other suffers of sinusitis or even just bad flu use? The replacement of "phenylephrine" does nothing to sort my sinus problems.

Does anyone know if I'd be able to get what helps me at a hospital clinic or this very useful medicine just totally not available in Vietnam?

No worries someone on another forum answered my question and it is yes you can get it. I went out and found a pharmacy on the way back from a restaurant and it was the first thing he handed me.
