Hi folks,
I will leave VN on 15 June and I am looking for someone to take my room. In a house with 5 rooms, nice and well equiped (AC and bathroom in each rooms, TV in living room, terace, large kitchen, enough space to park several bikes...), and less than 10 minutes by bike to reach Distict 1.
I lived in Saigon for 6 months and honestly its the best value for money that I know so far. Please note that you will not be living with the Vietnamese owners but with other foreigners!
The monthly rent is 180 USD, add about 20 USD more for the misc charges, including the maid.
