hi there,

i'm soon to arrive in hanoi, to work at the airport.

i will be managing a bunch of guys and wonder what is not readily avialable in vietnam, something i could possibly bring with me and use as motivational gifts?

this leads on to what other items or events do the locals like/enjoy that i could source locally that may not be obvious to an outsider?

I think in this case, You bring Chocolate for them. In Vietnam when a new person starts to work in a company, normally he gives nothing to the olf workmates. But if you want to get a good impression, you give chocolate.
