Expatriate Forums in Vietnam

I don't live in Vietnam, but I've been struck by videos of traffic there. I've seen some busy intersections where either there are no signals or no one's minding them, as all the traffic simply flows continuously from all directions. For example:

I'm setting up live webcams around the world, and this would be fascinating to watch. I'm wondering if anyone can suggest an intersection? Pluses would be:

- Traffic from all directions at all times
- Mostly motorcycles/bicycles
- Plenty of traffic at night (for viewers in other time zones)
- Busy, but not to the point of stopping (few traffic jams)

Any ideas?
