The Operations Clerk will serve a key role in supporting the Operations Supervisor and will report directly to the Contact Center Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accountable for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers, and updating customer files.
- Responsible for account closing and reporting.
- Accepts and processes customer payments.
- Compiles and maintains records of quantity and type of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment.
- Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate employees.
- Greet and assist visitors
- Handle questions about the business.
- Take messages and make sure they get to the appropriate employees.
- Accept and sign for packages and distribute mail.
- Occasional filing, bookkeeping and scheduling.
