Hi,

I am US Citizen residing in the UK after my parents split (Dad was US Citizen, my mum UK citizen) so I have dual nationality. My and my fiance have a son and are in the process of making him a US Citizen through me although this is proving difficult as I have no proof of physical presence in the US (I lived there for 6 years when I was a child). Once my son becomes a US Citizen and me and my fiance marry we would like to go live in the States to join my family (father, brother, grandparents etc). what type of Visa would my spouse need to apply for as he is a UK Citizen? Would it simply be a family based visa? I assume I do not need to go through any type of visa as i am already a citizen. Its very confusing bare with me on this.

Hope you can help.
