Hi,
My wife and I are thinking of retiring to Uruguay and wonder if anyone has details of the process involved in securing permanent residency. We have lived in other countries so are used to the bureaucratic processes that are normally involved. We would be hoping to carry out the process from within Uruguay.
We are planning to arrive in Montevideo later this month so would also be pleased to meet other expatriates living in Uruguay.
