Questions about Hua Hin?

Hi there, folks

As this forum is short-sighted enough to limit its specialist sub-forums to the usual farang ghettos, I am posting this here. I live in Hua Hin & have done so for a few years now. I like it here & so if anyone is interested in HH, or would like to know more about life here, please fell free to ask me. I can't guarantee that I'll have the answer, or that my answer will be totally unbiaesd, but I will give it my best shot. OK?

Right now, as those PAD idiots battle it out with the government in a small part of Bangkok, HH is sunny, peaceful & serene. I wonder why I live here?

All the best

just came across your post..yeah hu hin is on my list of possible location to relocate too, looking to set up coffee/cafe which wife can run (thats not set in concrete and can change) and me semi retire i guess...i do have some ideas with what to do with my free time..
Main concern is leasing a place for a year or so before committing to buy at a reasonable price to live in, same can be said for a commercial site for said buisness but of course with a long lease.
Any good western style bakeries there? I dont like golf so im going to have to find something else to do...i use to sail catamarans that would be nice to do again..
any input is most welcome.
