|
|
Hi all,
Myself and my wife are moving in a couple of months to work in Bangkok and hoped you could give me an idea of the character and living conditions of each area in the Central Business District so we can choose the area most suited to our needs.
We'd rather not specify our requirments as we're open to all kinds of suggestions!
We would appricate your comments on living in these areas:
Silom -
Lumphini Park -
Sala Daeng -
Sukhumvit -
Phloem Chit -
Many thanks in advance

Hi BKK is an amazing city - full of life and vibrant, alive and hot blooded.
My opinions:
Lumphini Park - quiet and slightly down market
Sala Daeng - not sure
Sukhumvit - upmarket, very popular with the expats (Farang) and touristy with malls and cafes and massage parlours
Phloem Chit - slightly down market but nice |
