I know there are other ways of transacting with him from the US, but this is what he wants and it is an important business deal.

If he steals from me would he be able to go to an office in the phucket with no camera or video?

It's another way for me to verify they are who they say they are (I have a photo of the person). I know there are other issues with sending money to someone via Western Union-- I'm not interested in that...just in knowing if their are a lot of offices that don't have any camera or video of people picking up money.

I also know that even if there is a record of him on tape it might be tough to get access to that...but it would be some recourse or re-assurance for me since I will be in the Thailand a few months after I'm doing work with him remotely and paying remotely.
