hello
i would like to change my tourist visa to non-imm-o multi entry.
when can i apply? while on 60 day visa or on extension.

if you want to be here on anything other than a tourist visa you will need to apply at the thai consulate or embassy in your home country, or if you are already in thailand, you will need to leave and go to penang, phnom phen, vientienne etc in order to apply for a non immigrant visa/educational visa/retirement visa etc

you cannot change your tourist visa to anything else while you are here in thailand.
