Langkawi Diving & Sport has been granted permission to operate daily dive and snorkel trips from Langkawi to the Butang Islands (include Ko Lipe, Ko Adang, Ko Rawi) which are the 30+ western islands of the Tarutao National Park.
We will soon start to run daily trips by 45 minute ferry ride from Langkawi, and are convinced this will soon become one of Asia's leading dive destinations.
We require 2 Dive Instructors based in Langkawi.
One will will travel daily to work as dive instructor in the Butang Islandson our ferry and be responsible for our clients hospitality on the ferry. This includes upselling snorkel customers to discover scuba courses, answering questions, and dealing with any problems.
The second instructor will work on Langkawi as Sales Manager visiting hotels and agents who sell our products and promoting sales. There will also be some diver training done on Langkawi.
Our trips start 11 Decmber and will run daily year round from 24 December.
Our dive partner who operates all the snorkel & dive trips in Ko Lipe is Barry Modler of Sabye Sports.

The sales manager job is ideal for a mature dive instructor who would like a change. There will be some training, and we will include some days of diving every week at our 30+ world class dive sites.

The dive instructor position is ideal for someone who loves to dive the unspoiled Butang Islands but prefers to live in a more developed island such as Langkawi with its many hotels, restaurants, shopping and more.
Both can be career positions -- we are a growing company and will operate year round.
