I live in Bangkok Thailand and have now decided the only way to make high income is to open a language school. I have been in Thailand for 3 years and worked in Language schools and schools. I have a Thai student that is a successful businessman in Bangkok who owns 12 restaurants. His restaurant chain is an established brand name in the Thai market. The brand name was established over 46 years. He has agreed to finance 50% of a new language school. The new language school will be located in one of the most high profile locations in Bangkok (Everything is ready set go). The target market is the top end of the market. The product is unique and expensive. I have a 50% stake in this project but only have enough money to finance 25% of the project. I believe that a 25% stake in this proect will easily return 200,000 Thai baht per month. If the first school is successful we would embark on a rapid expansion program. I would prefer a working partner who has 500,000 baht to invest. We have a unique business model that is very exciting and each outlet costs about 800,000 Thai baht to open.
