|
|
| I am a 59 yr. old fit and active Englishman who has been holidaying in Pattaya for 20 years and am quite familiar with the city generally. The time has now arrived for me to purchase a condo. I have opened a bank account with Siam Commercial Bank and will shortly be sending some money over to that account. What I need to know now is what recommendations anyone would have for a single guy buying a relatively young, modern studio in relation to which blocks are well maintained, quiet, convenient, (as I don't want to purchase transport), and would be available at under 2 million baht. I have no wish to rent out in the future, so rental income is not an issue. Pattaya, Jomtien, or Naklua are all possibilities. I would prefer non gay areas. Anybody got recommendations? |

Thanks for the reply, Jack, but I have tried the link in various forms and it doesn't appear to work. |
