Hi there. I am new here so thanks for letting me on!!
I am after some help. I am trying to help a friend find her birth Mother. She was born in Sri Lanka in 1985 and adopted by a British fanily.
I have a name and address for her Mother but have a feeling that the address may have been temporary. I also have her Mother's place and date of birth and the address of the hospitals where she was born. We really don't know where to start so any help would really be appreciated.
One other question.
On the birth certificate the name is written as
Kandasamy Vi********** (don't want to put the name in the public domain), is Kandasamy the 1st name or the surname?
