Hi,

Firstly pardon my ignorance about the mechanics and coverage of health insurance in other countries. The following are only based on my understanding and knowledge of such insurance applicable in Singapore.

For a start, it appears to me that you have got some form of health insurance coverage. But probably at this point in time, have not been kept posted in short what you are being covered, and of course very importantly, what you are paying for. Exclamation (That's my strong personal belief)

Hence, you ought to get that agent/consultant whomever you bought it from. Otherwise there is the company who she/he represents which can assign you another person to help you out with.

Probably can PM for more discussion due to certain restrictions.

I've found the guys at pacific prime (google them!) more than helpful. They're able to give quotes from multiple major insurance companies since they're brokers. Hope this helps
