Any expats in Qatar lurkin on these forums? Drops us a line, we'd like to hear from you Laughing

I hear that Qatar had plans a dress code for expats...Has that been implemented?If so feel free to share how that has affected ya'll.

Been here since September and so far I don't see any "dress code" for any expat, IMHO as long you don't go over the board I guess it's okay. Basically every places we go we have to respect the local culture.

I still dress the way I dressed before. But I do recommend not to wear something too revealing - think of the bachelors expats that are singles and left their wifes back home - you just don't want to be a 'exposition item' and see all this mens drooling on you: Shocked
