Polish or Slovak or Czech or hungarian -German speaking Customer Service Representatives
Department Customer Service
For our contact center based in the Netherlands, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives for the Polish-German department. The contact center serves as the central point of contact for customers and prospective customers of our high standard, worldwide-known brand. From our contact center, customers from across Europe are supported with technical problems, enquiries, complaints and promotional activities.
The contact center has approximately 600 employees consisting of 40 different nationalities. Our main goal is to exceed customer expectations.
Department description
Inquiries and complaints are handled by telephone, mail, fax or e-mail. The department is responsible for after-sales service issues, technical and product topics and general company related inquiries.
Requirements
• Higher vocational education
• Mother tongue Polish, with fluency in German (or German with fluency in Polish)
• Fluency in English (corporate language)
• Excellent written skills in German and Polish
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Computer literacy
• Experience in customer care
• Good understanding of customer satisfaction
• Team player
• Open-minded to a diversity of cultures
• Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes
Working hours
40 hrs a week, from Monday to Friday
