World expert to teach 'most effective self defense system' at Warsaw seminar
One the world's leading self-defence experts will run a seminar on Commando Krav Maga – the self-defence system anybody can learn that can save your life – in Warsaw on August 2.
Commando Krav Maga is the simplest and most devastating solution to common street attacks. Professionals regard it as the most effective defence against attacks with punches, kicks, guns, knives and baseball bats.

The Commando Krav Maga (CKM) seminar in Warsaw on August 2 2008 will be the first time CKM founder and chief instructor Moni Aizik has taught the system in Poland. The seminar will cover over six hours of training with Aizik and other qualified CKM instructors.
