The below will help you all, I have been in contact with them and they are great and fast in support.


F.A.C. (Foreign Assistance Center Philippines) Office is the first in the Philippines. With this, it is our Intention to create this F.A.C. Office to Foreign Citizens. The F.A.C. provide all legal residing Foreigners, Retirees, Guests and Investors with their given RIGHTS under the Philippine Laws, Immigration Law in legal and Family Code etc., in advise, inform or precede any necessary Procedure to prevent them from any unlawful influence or harmful acts, in Courts and Immigration to attract with those Security and of their Rights and Obligations, more Retirees, Tourists and Investors from around the world to the Philippines, together with the Philippine Retirement Authority and the Bureau of Immigration, to present RESPONSIBILITY from both sides, that more Retirees and Investors feel that the Philippines is a SAFE HAVEN, to create our Economic Development under the Presidential Program and Coordination with the accredited Embassy. The Chairman integrate to our FAC, Prof.+ Dean of LAW Alex L. Monteclar and BISHOP Juan Pring. The F.A.C. works also together with the Ombudsman to File the necessary Cases to Abuser.

This office was set up by the government, and yes they have legal advise.
The benefit is that you actually save more than you will spent if you try it alone

Not to sound paranoid, but exactly which part of the "government" set up this office?
