Near P. Burgos in Makati

handle bar (biker pub - no dancing ladies, nice grub and live music and sports coverage on large screen and large expat drinkers especially on weekends. pool tables also)

Heckle & Jeckle (sports bar - no dancing ladies just good service, and pool tables, there is a dedicated group that play a bit of poker and more are always welcome)

Other bars

Sids near makati ave and jupiter (i believe it has good live music)

and

Murphys Irish Bar Makati (google it) lots of photos and events to look at.

try Mango Avenue in Cebu City. You can say "everynight fiesta in Mango Square". You will enjoy nightlife at mango.

When a country will be known for tourism then definitely clubs,bars and casinos(if not restricted) will be definitely the part of that country's life style.Let me tell you one thing that if some one just wants to spend the visit in bars and clubs then he can easily find the world's top class bars there.
