| July 10 Update Available Boracay Apartments 4 Rent Long Term posted above on other Boracay apt request posted message. I've been doing some searches today here in Manila as we're driving back to Boracay tomorrow and noticed our long term monthly, 6 months and yearly discounts are still the cheapest and on the main white sand beach frontage. Most of the other offers are located up in the hills or on the other side of the island ( which I guess appeals to some people ) Almost all realtors or agents or touts tend to advertise inflated rates because, of course, they need their commission and seldom if ever invest their own funds making it impossible for their offers to match those from the owners direct. |
