Hi,

I look for a nice place; beautiful beach, sea activities, good choice for nightlife (disco, chilling), not to expensive. I will come the 15th october for 7 days.
It's so difficult for me to make a choice.... Cebu or Boracay?

Thanks

Boracay - No brainer

Boracay out classes cebu so bad its not even funny. Boracay is the jewel of the Philippines. I lived here almost 14 years (Expat American Veteran) Cebu is ok - nothing special unless you are in a 5 star resort. Boracay has everything - nightlife - great resorts - cheap resorts - water sports - clean ocean like bath water - great food - beach - you name it.

Boracay is the smart choice for vacation.

Cebu is a LONG ISLAND or a BIG CITY

Cebu is a LONG ISLAND or a BIG CITY so depends on what you are referring to as a beach and nightlife scene. The two BEST beaches in Cebu are Malapascua and Bantayan Islands both with white sand beaches like Boracay but a few hours overland trip to get to them from Cebu City and NEITHER can come close to competting with the overall "SCENE" on Boracay Island.
