Terms of Payment:
Booking deposit(non-refundable deposit secures your booking & is deducted from your total bill): $100 or 20% of total bill (whichever is higher)
Security Deposit(refundable upon check-out granted there is no damage to property): $100

1. Cash upon turn over of keys
