I have just met a filipina and am considering inviting her to Thailand. I agreed to pay for costs associated with the trip, plus some other costs. Can you help me by looking at these charges, not whether they're exactly accurate, but reasonable.

Passport 1,200, ID photos, 1x1 is P80, passport id size P80, birth certificate NSO P300, Police clearance 350, Barangay clearance P150, POSTAL ID P500, cleaning teeth P500, pasta teeth that i need P500, check up my blood sugar for my allergy, its called BLOOD CHEMISTRY 7 RESULTS, P2000

Dude, if you're the kind of guy who is suspicious over something as menial as a few costs like P150 ($3) Barangay Clearance, or P300 ($5) for a birth certificate, then I would tell her she's better off staying in the PI. I'm sure she went through a lot of trouble and is lying to you to get your $20.

But to answer your question, yes, they are all legitimate and reasonable fees. Now take your hand off your wallet and relax. I'm sure she's not trying to clean out your bank account.
