Kamusta?
I’m hoping to move to The Philippines within the next couple of years. I’ve been there 3 times now and have The Philippines fever.
I just have a few short questions:
I’m from Australia; does it make any difference if I marry a Filipina in The Philippines or in Australia?
If I marry there and apply to live there permanently would I apply for the 13 (a) visa once married?
Can I live there, marry and stay there or will I have to return back to Australia while the visa and marriage is approved?
If I’m married will I have to return to Australia each year and if so for how long?
If I marry there will this allow me to buy land, property and a business legally?
Is it true that 51% of land, property and business have to be in her name?
Salamat for your time
