| Hi, I spend a few days in Muscat last week, and fell in love with the country! My dream is to start a bed & breakfast, and I think I have finally found the ideal place. But I am not rich... When I search online, I only find property for sale to rich rich people. I would love to buy somewhere, maximum 1 hour from Muscat, near the sea. Does anyone have good addresses for real estate agents for normal people like me? Or other places where to look for property for sale. (I have a friend who often goes to Muscat who could check for me) And what are the limits for foreigners? I read you can only buy in certain zones.
