Customer service - 2nd line Support!: Daily handling and resolving of escalated technical poker and casino related issues from business partners by email and telephone within defined service levels. Incident control and qualification. Be part of improving incident process, tools and documentation. Incident communication internally and externally. Investigation and reporting of basic incident issues. Meet quality standards and support targets set on both an individual and group level. We are looking for individuals who have customer experience from previous employment and are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
