When you come to Gois - and you MUST visit Gois in Central Portugal, as it is a gem - and you have tired of swimming and sunbathing and exploring and have worked up an appetite you will not, unfortunately, be overwhelmed by high-class restaurants. But the good news is that there is an absolutely super little Pizzaria on the main street, with very friendly and helpful waiters who are working hard at speaking English. The prices are extremely good, and the pizza and pasta is some of the best I've ever had. Razz

I like pizza too, in Tomar we have about 4 great italian resturants as well as the run of the mill pizza delivery places, the portuguese must like food from around the world too, the chinese is always full and a another chinese resturant has just opened in Town. and the place that sells kebabs is always busy with students, nothing changes.. Laughing
