A homeworking company has made a major impact on the Costa Blanca in Spain and I am trying to get some feedback from the ex-pat community in other countries such as Portugal to find out if it will work.

I would like to know if there is many expats who would like the opportunity to have a genuine opportunity of working from home. You will need a fixed landline and broadband internet access to participate in this concept.

Any feedback on this opportunity would be very much appreciated.

Ray

Hi, does anyone know of any agencies that me and my husband can sign up to, we are planning to move to Portugal in the next cuple of months. Is it best to try and find work before we go or wait until we get there.....it's sooo confusing!!! Confused

What area of Portugal are you moving to? Here in the more rural region of central Portugal, paid work is hard to come by, so I would certainly recommend having a good business plan, sufficient savings, or an alternative income source unless you have very reliable contacts and indispensable skills. Don't overlook the fact that wages are comparatively very low in Portugal, and the cost of living is comparatively high. I don't want to put you off, but it's as well to come with your eyes open than wearing rose-tinted spectacles!

It may be easier to find work closer to big towns or Cities, also if you dont know the lingo, try finding work in the touristy regions.
