Hello,

I am looking at working in Norway for 2 years. I would like to know if modified cars are allowed in the country. It would be registered from Michigan (USA), it doesn't have any emissions left on it, and is quite a bit more powerful than from the factory. Is there a time limit that foreign cars are allowed to be in the country? Would the modifications be a problem? What is the highest octane rating of gasoline available? The car does not have side marker lights on the fenders, and the rear turn signals are red. Would those have to be changed? Do you know if there would be import taxes? I am just considering this at the moment, I'm likely to just leave the car in storage, but I'm tempted to bring it over to see what it can do on the autobahn (it should be gear limited to ~ 270 km/h).
