| I'm moving to Miami next month and need a place to relocate my business. I will be living in Brickell so I would like a place close to that. I heard that Wynwood was a nice, affordable area. I have been in contact with a commercial real estate brokerage, Metro1 Properties, who pride themselves on being Miami's urban authority. They specialize in warehouses, commercial office space, commercial leasing and sales, mix-use and live-work space in Miami. So far, I have no complaints, they have been a pleasure to work with. |
