Hi I'm Elaine, 40 years of age, married to David and from the UK. I am a qualified personal trainer level 3 reps UK registered. We are looking for free accommodation for 6 months commencing June 09 in return for free personal training for 6 months. I generally work with clients wanting to achieve body fat loss and muscle toning. I will commit to you on a weekly basis showing you how to eliminate those long and boring gym session by introducing you to a dynamic way of exercising that will give you maximum results in minimum time! The exercise program is suitable for both men and women of all ages and is fun, easy to follow, very effective and will reduce any conventional gym workout by more than half!
