Dear Friends
I am not an expat and actually still live in the same town that I was born in, but the Royal National Institute of the Blind are desperate for your help.

I am a volunteer fundraiser and to raise funds for blind and partially sighted children and adults we collect used and new stamps from around the world. We sell the stamps to a dealer for £1.50 - £2.00 a kilo for UK stamps and £10 - £12 a kilo for stamps from overseas, but we are in great need of contacts like yourself to send us any amount at anytime of the year.

The money raised provides over sixty services such as talking books, rehabilitation, education, job training, family support, helpline as well as research into different sight loss conditions. We can not continue these services unless we have continued support in our fundraising. Please visit www.rnib.org.uk for more information on the RNIB.

Stamps can be sent to me at RNIB Stamp Recycling, PO Box 185, BENFLEET, Engalnd, SS7 9BH at anytime. I would be grateful if stamps could be cut or torn 1/2 - 1cm of paper surrounding to stamp to prevent damage. If the stamp is damaged in any way it is worthless and has to be disposed of. If stamps could be separated UK from overseas I would again be grateful, but do not worry if this is not possible.

We are trying to raise £3,500 this financial year so please pass this message on to all your friends and family around the world, work colleagues, church, social clubs and schools. Please contact me if you have any questions.

I thank you for your time and hope that somebody out there will be able to help us.

Yours hoping

Terri Bush
