Hi Guys,
I just wanted to kick off this thread to warn people against using the company Eagle Relocations or Eagle Freight. I have been using them for my move OS and the service has been disastrous and extremely stressful.
1) The removal truck did not turn up on the allocated day. I didn’t know they were going to be delayed until I rang the company wondering where the removalists were (as they were already late) and was only then told they could not make it that day.
2) The removalists promised to turn up at 7am the next day as I had other appointment. They turned up at midday.
3) My bill was "accidently" miscalculated adding a 50% premium to my bill went sent through. It took over a week of daily emails and phone calls to get a response just to fix this error. Further I was the one that had to keep chasing this... not what one wants to spend their time on.
4) It is now almost a month over the 2 to 3 week estimate on moving goods to my new location and I dont have my goods and still can’t even get a date of when goods will arrive. This is becoming a frustrating and experience and it is almost impossible to get in contact with anyone there.
5) No-one will get in contact with me! I hope I don’t sound like a whinging prat but with all the problems no-one contacts me or provides any answers with what is happening. I have been dealing with a lady called Annette Toner who continually says she will contact me and never does.
6) I just got an email saying there would be additional charges for storage in the destination country when I am the one waiting for my goods and they are delaying things and charging me more! It’s criminal.
7) I have contacted the directors there via email and phone and no-one will return contact hence why I am posting this message so hopefully someone else does not go through what I am experiencing.
Anyway I just wanted people to know so someone could avoid my experience... hope this helps. I will update the tread if anything of note happens.

Hi Gusto,
just wondering if you had manged to resolve the issue with Eagle Relcoations. I used them last year and found them to be really good and helpful. Have you tried speaking to their MD a guy called Onkar Sharma. He dealt with my complaint about a delay to my satisfaction and overall I was really impressed and happy.
Let me know if you are still having issues and I can try and speak to him on your behalf. I can't beleive he will not get back to you, as he always returned all my calls.
