Moving to England Forums

I've done a bit of searching on the subject, but wonder if anyone has advice. My daughter is in the 2nd grade this year and being home schooled. but, she really wants to attend "real" school when we move to england. What are the requirements for getting into one of these schools? In the US it's hopeless an they do everything to keep the kids out - I'm hoping it's not the same in the UK.

How I wish I could study or travel in England! I will take an English dictionary with me.
