hello everyone
i recently bought a beautiful appartement on the main boulevard of casablanca, in the upper upper neighboorhood (le triangle d'or, quartier racine, boulevard d'anfa) and i'd like to rent it to a very serious person.
it contains 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi), a bathroom for guests, a small room for a cleaning lady with its own small shower room, a large living room with a cheminee.
It's at the last floor of a high standing and well secured building.
the rent provides also a parking place.
it's not furnished but it can be.
