Hi there!
Check out Montenegro Tribune and its press review (montenegro-investment-news dot com) in the economy section for Investments in Montenegro. You'll see most large investments are still on their way, big investors are not pulling out.
Under the economy section as well, check out the press review dedicated to Porto Montenegro which is totally equity financed and won't suffer from the crisis, etc.
