Hello,
I'm doing some research for a friend. She and her fiance are Canadians; recently they flew to Mexico and got married at a resort in Mexico (not sure where). They then split up 3 days (yes, you read it right!!) after they got home. They never even got the chance to register the marriage here in Canada, and she wants to know what to do in order to get a divorce or annullment (her preference). She will need to cancel the marriage in the event that she ever wants to remarry, any input on how she can start this process?
Thanks so much to anyone with any insight to this subject...
