The wife and I are considering retirement in Mexico. This is the start of our investigation. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
Question 1: Is there an ex-pat community in Campeche?
Question 2: With the upcoming "Patriot Act" b___s___, should I get residency now to avoid needing to get a passport and go through a third degree with the current administration?
Question 3: What is the medical situation like in Campeche?
Question 4: What is the cost of living like there?
Question 5: Our daughter is getting married in Playa del Carmen in July and we plan to spend some time visiting Campeche after the wedding...is there someone we can contact in the area to help us as we check it out?
