(1)HR & Training Executive
Requirements:
A person with a background in the hotel industry preferably with experience in operations. Must project confidence, speaks fluent english and has good presentation and facilitation skills with at least 3 years experience in a 4 to 5 Star Hotel environment.

Salary: minimum RM2800

(2)Reservation Sales Consultant
Requirements:
Handling incoming and outgoing calls for guest, agent, in-house departmental enquiries and reservations.
Knowledge of any reservation systems will be of advantage. Proficiency and excellence in English speaking/writing required.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Arm with relevant diploma/degree with at least 2 to 3 years of work
experience in a similar capacity in the hotel service industry or
customer service operations preferred.

(4)YTL Travel Center Assistant Manager
(Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, JW Marriot Hotel)
Requirements:
Monitor and supervising a team of call centre staff, handling incoming and outgoing calls for guest, agent, in-house departmental enquiries and reservations.
Assist to ensure operating standards and guidelines to upgrade the service delivery to customers and obtain feedback from customers and recommends solutions.
Any task and projects assigned time to time.
Arm with relevant diploma/degree with at least 2 to 3 years of work.
Experience in a similar capacity in the hotel service industry or customer service operations preferred.
Knowledge of any reservation systems will be of advantage.
Proficiency and excellence in English speaking/writing required. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

(5)Market Analysis Coordinator
(Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, JW Marriot Hotel)
Requirements:
(based in Sales Dept)
Assist Group Yield Manager in compiling accurate data and maintenance reports. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests, visitors and other departments.
Must be good in spoken English with basic computer knowledge, preferably with the knowledge of Reservation Systems eg: HIS, Marsha or Oscar.
Diploma in Hotel Management or Higher.
Previous Front Office and/or Accounting experience is preferred.
