We are an Indian Company. We sent some advance money to a Malaysian Company after visiting and inspection of cargo. But now the Malaysian company is not sending the material to us. We have the proof of money transferred to their bank.

Kindly advise on how to go about legally to claim our [spam word detected] or to secure the cargo.

Regards

You might want to engage a lawyer to follow up on this on your behalf or you can always try giving the indian embassy in Kuala Lumpur and call and discussing your plight to ask for advice on any agency you should contact immediately...

Someone else got any suggestions that might help?

You are a company and seek legal advice on an expat forum? Shocked Rolling Eyes
Time to get a lawyer or to get in touch with the Malaysian India Chamber of Commerce.

/ you'd better not mention your company name because some of his staff coming here for getting advice in such a case would be very bad for its reputation
// no proof of money being transferred? unless you paid cash, I don't understand how a bank could not provide a copy of a TT transaction. Shocked
