Does anyone use BBC I Player to view BBC programming via the net? could you tell me how it works please and whether i will have to pay for this service?

just click on the link for the os u use then download, make sure u have vlc media player on your computer!

then after u open it just click the channel u want to watch... from bbc1,2, itv, channel 4,5, film4 and alot of others.

if u know anything about setting up proxy servers u can try CCProxy (free) works fine and is really easy to install on XP so u can set up bbc i player. Very Happy

hi downloaded cant see wher to find programes etc your link only downloads vlc media player how do you get bbc etc

Hi all

I watch bbc i player, channel four Itv and channel five both live or by using their catchup service on the internet. There is a website called www.whatsonthebox.net that charges a small monthly fee that allows you to access uk or american tv from anywhere in the world. The quality is almost dvd quality at full screen. I have been using it for months now and to be honest i would be lost without it
