If we want to renew an EP what do we need to produce if we have a company with local and foreign shares?

SSM documents
Income tax payment proof for company and personal
Audited company financial statements
Letter from company saying we are hired by this company with min. salary 5k p/mnth.

What else?

Do we need to produce anything from any goverment ministries?

Speak to a reputable agent. It is worth the 3 - 5k they charge. My agent has been running back and forth a dozen times to get thsi done as there are a lot of new rules. Well worth the money...

An EP is usually extended by your employer, I have never heard of anyone that had to do it themself. Too many rules are getting changed every year and what RCP is mentioning is true, you really have to go to the immigration department back and forth to get things done.

It is cumbersome and as an immigration Consultant I always wonder if the Immigration Dept does encourage Expatriates to utilize a Consultant. As a Consultant ourselves even though we are locals we still find it tedious and tiring... just imagine how difficult it is for the foreigner themselves who firstly would not know how to read and write B. Malaysia and secondly the Immigration Department can be unfriendly themselves on a bad day.. and then you troop down all the way to Putrajaya only to be told that their systems are down... if you do need help please take note of our site http://www.apexpointsolutions.com
