To be straight forward, as investment there is nothing better than Suasana Loft, my unit already doubled (I was a early bird buyer), I am looking at 11% annual ROI, I am waiting for the area to be fully finished and get a 800 rm psf in 2011-2012. For your reference I've paid 368 rm psf
I have several units in KL, how I wish I had only units here, less headaches, there are tens of agents fully dedicated to the loft, offices and hundreds of tenants waiting for units to be ready....the problem is that also contractors are pricing their services accordingly and I am having tough times in handling them.
in terms of dimension (small or big), a 1565 sft is 1565 sft, a 861 sft is 861 sft....just for your info
Perhaps Sabine you should really go there and take a look at the common terrace at 38th floor rather than saying that you have a friend who lives there from 2 years, while the vacant possession started in May 2008, unless she is a Indonesian contsruction worker living in the parking lot...., in this case I agree, the parking lots were cramped during construction
