Hello Guest,
I own a condominium unit in Cyberjaya which I intend to rent out soon too. Am not quite sure of the rental prices actually Rolling Eyes but I reckon it'll be similar to the price range in PJ/Subang area. Please register yourself in the forum and PM me for more information about my unit.

hi, for your info buying or rent house in cyberjaya is quite expensive...
it is better to stay a little bit far.... and you can get cheaper price...and worth it. recently, i just receive the key of my new apartment in mantin, Nilai. less than 30 minute drive from cyberjaya. i will receive the CF of the apartment within 3 months. i'm not sure the rental rate in this area, but for me it will be around RM 1000 per month. I'm also thinking of selling it for RM 200 K. if anybody interested to know details, please surf to www.bandaruniversiti.com you can check all the facilities and make comparison with cyberjaya apartment. my apartment is in Blok 1 Sri Palma Villa. any further info please email me at gazzasony@yahoo.com

tq

Hi,

I was staying in Cybergarden last year, and the price for a 3-bedrooms unit was RM1,800/month. 2-bedrooms unit will cost you RM1,600/month. It has a very nice view, swimming pool and fully furnished.

I agreed with gazzasony, that staying in cyberjaya is very costly. I would suggest you to stay in Puchong, which is 15 mins driving to Cyberjaya (with a toll of RM1/way).

The condo with 3 bedrooms in Puchong will only cost RM600-800/month, with more facilities nearby, eg. Tesco, shopping complex, food, etc.

Dear friends

I live in Cyberjaya and I have lived here for over 3 years. I can tell you about living in cyberjaya.

I lived in Cyberia condominium where it is located near Multimedia University in Cyberjaya. The rental here so far i heard, the lowest you can get is around Rm1100permonth. That is in Cyberia condominium apartment, unfurnish. for furnish (not fully furnish) is around Rm1300permonth negotiable. If you want to buy an apartment, it will cost you about Rm200 over. sorry cant get an exact number.

The environment is nice. I can say the place is far away from traffic pollution or any other pollution; so far. Since there are not so many company that had established their branch here, than there not so many people live around but the development here is very fast. Currently various kind of building are under construction and apartments are also many more is still under construction. It seems like the management of Setia Haruman (the developer company of Cyberjaya) expect the place going to be one busy place one day and i think so too because every now and then there always been some construction going on. New office been setup, new apartment, even the construction of high school of cyberjaya's building is nearly complete. We have two education institute here, Multimedia University and Lim Kok Wing Institute or is it university, Im not sure not to consider the nearly finish high school. Mainly students live here and some families from all kind of races plus foreigners.

So far the cheapest apartment you can rent here is at Cyberjaya Cyberia condominium, I can say its a nice place too. Swimming pool, parking lot, the gym, shops, mini market, nice garden. The apartment's wide is in a range of 900 to 1100 sqft. The apartment got 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a guestroom, a kitchen and a nice view from a balcony. There are other places too but the price is far more higher.
