Hi there,
I do a lot of work permit application for clients but this type of application is not the type you can apply in KL. This is a special scheme for people with offshore business in Labuan, Malaysia.
Provided you do not do business with Malaysian resident I can help you avoid the prohibitive 250k requirement and sponsorship requirement. You still can stay anywhere you like in Malaysia and do business with anyone except Malaysian residents.
To find out more please PM
Thanks,
Ahmad |

RM4,300 to buy a ready company is too expensive, normal price is only RM2,500 |

| It should work with her setting up the company and hiring you, she has citizenship and everything, so it shouldn't be a problem. As for the working capital's quite big size, I would try to stay away from that too, at least for the first year or so. It's quite risky, as you would also be in a foreign country and all. |

Why do your husband want malaysian citizenship?
I don't think he will be able to get one as Msian government is very cautious with citizenship (racial harmony stuff) |
