We got the empty set of Form from Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara in PUtrajaya.Once you are inside PUtrajaya, you can ask them which building is JPN.
Consist of 6-7 sheets' Forms with a Form for your parents to sign on.
For a letter of single declaration, you need to get it from Indonesia office( place of your hometown ) with your kartu keluarga. My bf just went back Pekanbaru and ask.

Dear Mr_fatty ,
We were reffering to procedure for Indonesian embassy. You might want to check the procedure for your country which might not be as complicated as ours ya.Your partner in Malaysia can Visit Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara ( JPN ) , in Putrajaya and the personnal will be more than willing to assist and guide you on the procedure. We've been there and forms given were complete.Instruction were clear and easy to understand. You just need a pen and paper to jot down. furthermore, there is no need to line up as the counter will be clear most of the time.Free of charge for Forms and consultation.
Alternatively , you can assign an agent , who charge a small amount of fees eg RM1,500+++ for consultation and Forms which they acquired from JPN |

Hi,
Pertaining to Witnesses to Registration of Marriage, can someone advice whether it is mandatory for both witnesses be Malaysian? Reason being, my partner's Australian and he would most likely want his brother to be witness...
You're right guys - there's so much bureacracy in getting married in Malaysia - jeez... |

Hi,
Iam planning to get married to my girlfriend, she's from the People's Republic of China.
So far i have only a brief understanding of procedure and information.
First of all my girlfriend has already got her notarial certificate from her country.
And what are the other neccesary documents she needs to bring over.
We plan to get marry in malaysia.
What documents should we need for both parties?
What is the first step we should take?
What i understand is we need to get marrried first, registered our marriage and then only head on to Putrajaya immigration office to get a spouse visa.
What are the costs and time involved?
Meanwhile when processing her applications for visa...will immigration issue a extend to wait till the spouse visa is approved.? |

Hi all experts,
From any of your experience, may I know what is the process to apply for Malaysian PR for your spouse (foreigner) once you are married legally?
Some of you said it takes and have to wait for 9 years and some said more than 20 years? Aren't there a specific time for the application approval?
Thanks........look forward to receiving feedback........ |

Dear All,
Getting married in Malaysia is kinda tedious process if you are not guided properly. There's a lot of documents required from the foreign spouse and it has to be authenticated by the respective bodies.
PM me at eyaf14@yahoo.com if you need assistance.
