It would be so helpful if Astro were to consider subtitling more programmes and channels in English.

The new Kirana channel looks very interesting and has some good films, but I do not read Bahasa and there are no English subtitles, so despite Astro taking my money for the channel I am unable to enjoy it.

So Astro please more English subtitles.

good luck .. with absolutely no competition at all - fat chance for that to happen .. anyway ... Astro has the exclusivity to be the sole Satelite pay tv provider beyond 2020 Laughing ... bSkyb however is welcome to provide their services in Cable platform though

Can any 'techie' here tell me what satellite Astro is using ? I actually want to take off the Dutch 'free to air' channel BVN from ThaiSat but I believe I have to use a dish receiver with two receiving heads (you call them like that in English ?) I guess.

Any advice is highly appreciated !

Is that legal??

I thought the dish size was limited to stop people peeking at other satellites
and seeing "bad" information. :bah:

You will need at least a 60cm dish, 1m would be better, to view ThaiSat over at 73 degrees E
